Centrifugal ventilators
The volume flow ranges of this series single inlet centrifugal air conditionging ventilators varies from 300m3/h to 4200m3/h. These ventilators are characterized by compact construction, high efficiency and low noise. They are the ideal subsidiary equipment for various cabinet central air conditioning units, tube units and heating, air conditioning, cleaning and vatilatiing equipments.
Our ventilator consists of four parts:
1. Scroll
The scroll is made of high quality galvanized steel sheet. The side plates take the shape according to aerodynamics. On the side plate there is an air-inlet to make the air stream enter the impeller without loss. The snail plate is fixed on the side plates by way of spot welding. On the side plate of the scroll there are a series of holes drilled in advance to carry out installation according to air outlet direction needed by the customer.
2. Impeller
The impeller is made of high quality hotgalvanizing steel sheet and is designed to a special configuration according to aerodynamics to make the efficiency highest and the noise lowest. The impeller is fixed on the middle disk plate and on the end ring with riveting grippers. The impeller has enough rigidity during continuous rotation with Max. power. Before leaving factory, all impellers have passed all-round dynamic balance test.
3. Baseplate
The supporting plated of this series ventilators are made of high quality hot galvanizing steel sheet, which can be assembled with the direction by the customer demand.
4. Motor
This series ventilators are equipped with single-phase and three-phase external rotor motors. Stepless speed control can be realized by using booster and transducers.
