It is mainly used for steel castings, auto parts, roller, steel ball, metal structure, welding pieces hardening, normalizing, annealing, aging, and various heat treatment with mechanical parts. Technical Performance & Features:   1.   This series of trolley furnace composes of the furnace and electric controller two parts. Furnace parts include furnace shell, lining, heating elements, and the furnace door and the trolley.    2.  The furnace shell is welded with steel plate and structural steel. The brasque uses energy-efficient ultra-lightweight firebricks, ceramic fiber insulation material and high-quality thermal insulation material.    3.  Heating element uses high-alloy resistance wire (or tape). It is made into  spiral shape and  placed on the brasque and  the trolley bricks;     4.  Trolley can move back and forth for loading and unloading. The space between it and furnace shell are sealed with new self-sealing method, which changes the sealing performance.    5.   The rise and fall of the furnace door and the coming and going of the trolley are done with the electric speed-reduction gear. The bottom of the furnace is made of heat-resistant cast steel and an optional electric trolley tilt unloading structure.    6.  The major institutions include temperature control and operating control two parts. The temperature control uses smart microcomputer program, if the temperature is above standard one the alarm will ring    7.   The recorder can record the whole process of the temperature curve.    8.  Operation uses button and light to show the coming and going of trolley, the on and off of the heating element and the lift-off of the furnace door and other controlling motion, and it has interlock device.  Main Technical Parameters:
