Product Introduction: Drying tunnel line, also known as tunnel oven, is composed of the main drying body, heating elements, hot air circulation device component. It is set according to the manufacturers' parameters.Widely used in areas of motor (transformer, mutual inductor, commutator) electrical insulation and drying, friction material, glass, building materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, leather, auto parts and composite materials manufacturing. Technical Performance & Features: 1. Advanced hot air circulation system enables the temperature in the workroom to be evenly distributed. 2. Low-noise fan system creates a quiet working environment. 3. Independent console can not only be controlled in the nearest place but also be controlled in the control room together. 4. We have imported high-precision intelligent temperature control instrument. It is PID parameter adjusted with solid state relays power adjustment. It can be set up multi-stage procedure temperature controlling curve. 5. Intelligent temperature control device can control the temperature. It is quite sensitive and reliable. 6. Recorder records the whole process of the temperature curve. 7. Over-temperature protection device can emit sound and light alarm signal and cut off the heating power to protect the safety of equipment and parts.
